Mike is Chief Executive Officer of Empresario Capital Partners, a Vancouver-based company specializing in acquiring and building companies. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of T&M Management Services Ltd., and between 1993 and 2008 held various senior management positions at Boston Pizza International, including Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, and Chief Financial Officer. Mike is also an active Board member for various businesses. He received his chartered accountant designation in 1993, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and, in 2001, was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40-award recipients. Mike is Chairman of the Mr. Lube Canada Board.

George C. Melville
George Melville is Director and Co-Owner of T&M Management Services Ltd., a multi-faceted organization which includes Boston Pizza International, Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund, Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza, Boston Pizza Foundation, Kitchen Partners Ltd., Mr. Lube, S&T Holdings Inc., White Rock Commercial and The Naramata Benchlands. George is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and is an active member of the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association, and the Vancouver Board of Trade. He sits on the Board of Governors for Kwantlen University College and is a director of the Central Hockey League and the Okanagan Innovation Fund. Prior to Boston Pizza, George earned his chartered accountant designation in 1968 and worked for Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. in Penticton, BC.
Bill Ticknor has been involved in the management of Mr. Lube Canada since 1985. Bill was instrumental in the growth of Mr. Lube as Senior Vice President of Operations and later President. Previously, Bill held senior management positions with CP Rail. He attended the University of Alberta in Calgary.
Since 2003, Greg Ticknor has held a number of roles with Mr. Lube working within the IT, operations, marketing and finance departments. A thriving entrepreneur, Greg is one of the owners of the successful Richmond franchise of Mr. Lube, as well as leading various business ventures in healthcare and real estate. In his spare time, he is active in the charitable sector, not only supporting but also advocating for worthwhile causes such as the Prostate Centre (via UBC/VGH Hospital Foundation) and the Delta Hospice Society. Greg holds a BBA in marketing from Simon Fraser University and is currently working towards an MBA at Queen’s University. .
Jan is currently a Director of the Mr. Lube Foundation. She previously served on the Board of Mr. Lube Canada both as a Director and as a member of the Audit Committee. In addition to a background in accounting, Jan has extensive experience in training and volunteer work with a variety of organizations, including the National Organization of Victim Assistance where she was deployed as part of the NOVA team after Hurricane Wilma. Jan is also certified by the Association of Trauma Stress Specialists (ATSS) in Critical Incident Stress Management and as a Trauma Specialist, and is a dedicated supporter since 2000 of Victim Services of BC.
John possesses extensive legal experience with lease matters, commercial lending and franchise transactions. From 1985 through 2000, John was a partner at three different firms specializing in corporate commercial matters and from 2000 to early 2011 provided exclusive legal services as General Counsel to the Mr. Lube Canada organization. John holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Victoria.
Walter J. (Jim) Treliving
Jim Treliving is Director and Co-Owner of T&M Management Services Ltd., a diversified group of businesses including Boston Pizza International, Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund, Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza, Boston Pizza Foundation, Kitchen Partners Ltd., Mr. Lube, S&T Holdings Inc., White Rock Commercial and The Naramata Benchlands. Since 2000, Jim has also been managing the U.S. operation for Boston's The Gourmet Pizza in Dallas, Texas. Jim serves as Chairman of the Central Hockey League and sits on the board for the Canadian Hockey Foundation, raising money for minor hockey leagues across Canada. Prior to opening the first restaurant in Penticton, BC, in 1968, Jim served as a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer in British Columbia.
